Transfers to/from Patagonia Camp are available from centrally located places. Enjoy the stunning views from our comfortable transfer, featuring mountains, lakes, rivers, and local wildlife.
For our All-Inclusive program, we offer shared transfers at fixed times from Puerto Natales and Cerro Castillo.
Transfers from Puerto Natales depart daily, while from Cerro Castillo, we have a specific schedule that connects with those coming from El Calafate in Argentina.
Departure and arrival times are approximate, so we recommend booking at least 5 days in advance to secure your spot.
If you prefer not to wait for the shared transfer schedules, you have the option to hire a private transfer directly to Patagonia Camp for an additional cost. Please consult with your reservation executive for more details.
Important: If your flight on the day of check-out is from Punta Arenas, we always recommend booking a flight that departs after 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM. (Transfer available at additional cost).
Transfer Service Update: The transfer service between Punta Arenas and Patagonia Camp will only be available until April 2025. Starting October 2025, we recommend flying to Puerto Natales Airport for a faster and more convenient journey. For Punta Arenas transfers, please contact our reservations team for alternatives.
Our Shared Transfers operate at fixed times and are available for guests on the All-Inclusive Shared Program.
Guests on the All-Inclusive Private Program can select transfer times that best suit their schedule.

In Chile, the standard voltage is 220 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. Plugs are type C and L. If you travel to Chile or plan to use electrical appliances, make sure they are compatible with these specifications. If you need an adapter, you can easily find it at electronics stores.



We recommend using the amenities provided by Patagonia Camp to facilitate the treatment of used waters and meet the highest environmental standards.
You will find a variety of unique souvenirs and gifts to take home. If you have forgotten any clothing, we also offer a selection of Patagonia gear to keep you comfortable.
Wi-Fi access is available exclusively in the common areas of the property, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying the shared spaces. Please note that the yurts do not have Wi-Fi, providing a perfect opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Patagonia. Enjoy the serenity of your surroundings and make the most of your time in this stunning environment!
If you choose to kindly reward the service of our staff, we provide the following tipping recommendations:
Guides: Tips for guides are suggested individually. The recommended amount is USD 50 per day, given directly to them.
General Staff: For the rest of the hotel staff, including housekeeping, front desk, kitchen, bellboy, drivers, warehouse and maintenance (excluding guides), we suggest a general tip of USD 100. If you choose to kindly reward the service of our general staff, you can leave the tip in the enclosed envelope in your yurt and place it in the “Tips Box” at the Front Desk at the time of check-out.
Waitstaff and bartenders: According to local legislation, we are required to suggest a tip of 10% of the value of meals. This suggestion is presented daily at the time of your check-out.

Reservations
For every booking, customers will receive a confirmation number as a reference for both parties. A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from the hotel is received.
Individual Bookings (1 to 4 persons / up to 2 yurts)
To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required within 5 working days of receiving the confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before check-in.
For bookings made within 45 days of check-in, full payment is required immediately. For High Season bookings, the remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to check-in.
For stays during High Season (December 21 to February 20), special booking, payment, and cancellation policies apply.
Modifications
Modifications are subject to availability.
Requests for changes must be sent via email to bookings@patagoniacamp.com.
A reservation is considered modified only once a written confirmation of the change is received via email.
General notes
We welcome children from 10 years old. For safety reasons and to safeguard the experience offered Patagonia Camp, children under 10 years of age are not allowed to enter our facilities, which are located in a natural environment with elevated walkways, uneven trails and close to bodies of water, and are not suitable for young children. This policy seeks to protect their well-being and that of all our visitors, and is based on objective safety criteria.
We love animals, but to protect the local wildlife, we are unable to accommodate pets.
