The hike runs along the banks of the Paine River and El Toro Lake, starting from the historic Weber Bridge. From there, the trail winds through plains and Magellanic forests, where centuries-old Ñirres trees dot the landscape and, in spring, a wide variety of native orchids bloom among the vegetation.
