This excursion is a hike within the Patagonia Camp area and is exclusively available to our guests. After a 40-minute drive to El Bote Bay, we will begin our walk through meadows, shrublands, grazing areas, and deciduous Magellanic forests.
We will have the privilege of observing the only native forest of Mayten trees in Chilean Southern Patagonia.
*For this excursion, the use of trekking poles is mandatory; the hotel provides these items for its guests.
Throughout the walk, we will explore forests that are home to species that have migrated from the National Park to quieter areas. This idyllic setting offers breathtaking views of the Paine Massif and the Toro, Maravilla, and Porteño lakes, allowing guests to connect with the wild and tranquil nature of the Patagonian ecosystem. The excursion concludes with a walk back to Patagonia Camp.
We provide travelers with trekking poles, helmets and give them a reusable water bottle.
